PANGU FINALISING ITS CANDIDATES FOR 2017 ELECTIONS

Pangu Party Leader Hon. Sam Basil wishes to advise the process of screening candidate applications for endorsement in 2017 General Elections are in their final stages.

 

The party office has been inundated with applications from every province around the country.

 

The formal process includes the Provincial Branches screening and short listing three candidates per electorate for consideration and final endorsement by Parliamentary and National Executives.

 

Minimum criteria includes a candidate must have house in the electorate he is contesting, be a member of a local church and/or good standing in the community, have a qualification or managerial experience in either a business, an organisation or institution.

 

Please note to-date the party has yet to formally endorse any candidate and confirmation will only be in writing signed by the Party President.
